1. About WSSEL
WSSEL is a Haifa-based technology platform that connects customers, restaurants, and independent delivery partners. References to “WSSEL,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these terms refer to the WSSEL organization operating wssel.app and its associated applications.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using a WSSEL service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms; minors may use WSSEL only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials and verification codes confidential, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized account use. You may not create misleading accounts, impersonate another person, or use WSSEL for unlawful activity.
4. Orders and restaurant information
Restaurants are responsible for menu descriptions, availability, ingredients, allergen information, preparation, and pricing. Product images may be illustrative. An order is subject to restaurant acceptance, availability, service-area coverage, and successful payment authorization where applicable.
Customers should contact the restaurant or WSSEL support before ordering if they have allergies or dietary requirements.
5. Prices, fees, and payment
The checkout screen displays item prices, delivery charges, service fees, discounts, and applicable taxes before an order is placed. Available payment methods may include cash, card, or supported digital payment services. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Cancellations, refunds, and delivery issues
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status, restaurant preparation, delivery progress, payment method, and applicable law. Report missing, incorrect, damaged, or undelivered orders to support as soon as reasonably possible. We may request order details or photographs to investigate.
7. Delivery and location services
Delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, restaurant preparation, address accuracy, demand, or other circumstances. You must provide a safe, complete, and accessible delivery location and remain available to receive the order. Location information may be used to identify nearby restaurants, estimate delivery, and support an active order.
8. Restaurants and delivery partners
Restaurants and delivery partners may be independent businesses or contractors. Their participation is governed by separate partner terms. Nothing in these customer terms creates employment, agency, or partnership between a user and WSSEL.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse WSSEL, interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, submit fraudulent orders, harass restaurants or couriers, upload malicious material, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the platform in breach of law.
10. User-generated content and zero tolerance
WSSEL has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reviews, chat messages, images, and other content you post must not include harassment, hate, threats, spam, or unlawful material. You can report content or block a user in the app. We review every report and take action, which may include removing the content and restricting or terminating the account.
11. Intellectual property
The WSSEL name, brand, applications, software, designs, and original platform content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
12. Service availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WSSEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, restaurants, couriers, WSSEL, or the public; respond to fraud or security concerns; enforce these terms; or comply with law. You may stop using WSSEL at any time and may contact support regarding account deletion.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain published here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
